Syracuse, NY. Paul deLima Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the Stonehenge, Prestige, and Landmark Coffee Collections as follows:

STONEHENGE COFFEE COLLECTION
The Stonehenge Coffee Collection is comprised of three major components:

· Blended Roasts – Coffee beans purchased from various origins; mixed, blended and roasted to deLima’s exact specifications resulting in a consistent exceptional coffee experience. Each choice represents an ideal fusion of flavors blended to showcase the coffee’s most satisfying characteristics.

· Single Source Roasts – These products are for the true coffee connoisseur. Coffee beans are tested/cupped and then purchased from around the world. Paul deLima Co., Inc. searches for the best coffee beans available and then roasts them to perfection.

· Fair Trade Organic Roasts – Paul deLima’s outstanding Fair Trade Certified Coffee are certified by Trans Fair USA. These coffees deliver great taste with a clear conscience. Paul deLima’s Fair Trade products are also certified Organic by QAI. These products are sourced from small coffee farms that commit to organic farming methods. Paul deLima’s participation directly impacts the community development and health/education concerns of independent coffee bean growers. It also protects fragile eco-systems. Roasted to Paul deLima’s exact quality standards, every bean is organically nurtured by small-scale farmers who are given access to credit and technical assistance and receive a fair price for their harvest. PRESTIGE COFFEE COLLECTION
The Prestige Coffee Collection is designated for the deLima Coffee Wholesale Customers (restaurants and institutions) and features the deLima Prestige Coffee line. The deLima Prestige Coffee line has been the cornerstone of the Paul deLima Coffee business for many years. The packaging, graphics and logo have been updates; however, the Prestige Coffee is the same product that New York State’s finest restaurants and institutions have been serving for years. Simply put, Paul deLima has changed the Prestige packaging to a fresh look. What has not changed is what’s inside – the finest, most delicious coffees roasted and packaged at Paul deLima Co., Inc. That’s one thing that will never change.

LANDMARK COFFEE COLLECTION
The Landmark Coffee Collection is designated for the deLima Convenience Store Customers. The deLima Landmark Coffee line features fine coffees at a fair price.

A new Paul deLima Factory Store has opened at the Paul deLima Manufacturing Plant located at 8550 Pardee Road, Cicero, New York 13039 (Interstate 81 Exit 30).

Store hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.
